• The LT Lions roared out of the gates yesterday in Boys basketball defeating cross town rivals AJ Smeltzer by a score of 65-33. In a game where every player scored the boys were relentless in their attack. Highlights include The Jaguars found Landis very Payne ful to guard as he scored  20 and Cooper Munroe dropped 15. Great game Lions.

• There will be a debate club meeting tomorrow at 12:10–newcomers are welcome. Bring your lunch and something to write with.

• LOST- One Five Star Binder that is Blue and Black in color. Last seen on top of the lockers outside room 201. If found, please return to homeroom 8-4.

• Mr. Martin’s Aquarium Club will meet this Friday after school.

• Grade 8 Nitroball tournament today at 12:25pm.

• Intramural hockey resumes Tuesday, January 23

• Pizza will be ordered today and sold and delivered Thursday.

• A reminder that there will be a tour band rehearsal after school today until 4:00. New students in grade 7 & 8 are welcome to come.

• There will be an Emera Oval Skating trip taking place Wednesday, January 31, from 9:15 am to 11:45am. Students will skate from 10am to 11am. Students who do not have skates or helmets can get rentals at the Emera Oval. Permission forms will be passed out this week. Cost to attend the Oval is $7.

• Girls’ basketball team will have their first game today, Jan 10 at MSMS. All Players must be there at 3:10pm for a 3:30pm start.

• Girls’ basketball meeting today at the start of lunch. Please meet in the gymnasium, have all your signed sheets if you want to get a uniform for today’s game.
