• Calling all runners. If you can run 3km you should join the cross country team. Check out Mr. Hulshof’s website and sign up to run on the cross country team. All Sackawa paddlers you should sign up.

• The Terry Fox run will take place Friday, Sept 29 down at the Met Field. You can support Terry’s Dream by donating online or you can bring in a loonie or a toonie to your homeroom teacher.

• Soccer Tryouts: All students make sure you sign up on Mr. Hulshof’s website. There are google forms you need to fill out. Male students will have tryouts FRIDAY in the gym from 3:30 - 4:30. Second tryouts for males is MONDAY in the gym OR on the LT field, from 3:30 - 4:30 depending on field conditions. Athletes must wear sneakers or cleats and shin guards if they have them.
Second Soccer tryouts for Females is MONDAY  but has been moved to Lunch time in the gym. Athletes must wear sneakers and shin guards if they have them. Please note the time change from after school to lunch time.

• Do you have what it takes to become the LT GaGa Ball Champion? Starting on Monday qualifying begins for the Royal Rumble Style GaGa Championship match, a win and you are in. Play as many games to earn those valuable points to secure your spot. Who will enter the Octagon in that valuable #1 position.  Good Luck!
