• Spirit weeks continues!  I see some festive socks out there today.  What a great way to spread good cheer!  The theme for tomorrow is Dress like a candy cane.  Pull out your red and white or anything striped to wear to school tomorrow.

• Chess Club will take place this Wednesday at lunch with Mr. Martin.

• Would the Kindness Crew please meet in the library at lunch today - bring your lunch!  If you didn’t sign up but are interested, come join us!

• Wrestling Club is today in gymnasium - Monday December 11th - afterschool at LT from 3:30-5:30pm. All new wrestlers are welcome.

• Food Drive starts today!  Don’t forget to bring in your non-perishable food items! The class in each grade that brings in the most this week will earn a special treat!

• Knowledgehook Winners
Congratulations to Kingston LeBlanc and Ava Mendoza from 6-4 who received a half-mathalon this week.  Also, a big congratulations to Landis Payne (7-3) who finished a full mathalon over the weekend! Keep working hard on those extra math questions to hear your name on the announcements!

• There will be a holiday skate Monday, Dec 18 from 11 to 12pm, cost is a toonie. You can pay through school cash online.  All skaters must have skates and a hockey helmet, bike helmets are not allowed.

• Grade 6 intramurals today
The Nitroball Tournament starts Tuesday, you must have a team of 3 or 4 to enter the tournament. Single players can participate if there are enough players to form a team. Please do not go in the gym until 12:25 to get equipment.

• Boys’ basketball team meeting at the start of lunch. You must have all 3 forms filled out to get a uniform.

• Girls’ basketball tryouts Tuesday, 3:15 to 4:30pm.

• Pizza will be ordered Wednesday and sold and delivered on Thursday.

• No intramural hockey until January, Tuesday Jan 23.

• All Volleyball players please pass in your jersey to Mr. Hulshof.  Starting Wednesday you will be charged $50 to replace the jersey. Caydee, Sophia, Tony, and Jack, you all need to hand in your jersey.
