Congratulations to Josh Amoah-Gyeke 8-3, Kingston Meldrum 8-4 and Eddie Doyle from 6-4 who all received a half-mathalon this week.  Keep working hard on those extra math questions to hear your name on the announcements!

• The Aquarium Club will take place with Mr. Martin this Friday after school.

• That’s right Leslie Thomas!!  Next week is Spirit Week!  Get out your Holiday socks, your candy cane stripes and listen to the announcements for the next day’s theme.

• There will be a holiday skate Monday, Dec 18 from 11 to 12pm, cost is a toonie. You can pay through school cash online.  All skaters must have skates and a hockey helmet, bike helmets are not allowed.

• All basketball players please sign up for tryouts on Mr. Hulshof’s website.

• Boys’ basketball tryouts will only be Thursday, Dec 7 only. 3:15 to 4:30pm. There will be one tryout, Friday’s tryout is canceled.

• Girls’ basketball tryouts will be rescheduled to next week. Date and time TBA.

• Wrestling Thursday practice at SHS are canceled this week. Friday practice is still on.

• Wrestling practice at LT next Monday, Dec 12 at Leslie Thomas come check it out.

Please do not go in the gym until 12:25 to get equipment.

• LT Students make sure you return all the equipment to the gymnasium when you borrow it, do not leave it out in the parking lot.
