• Halloween costumes can be worn tomorrow October 31st. Please remember that no weapons or masks are permitted.  Blow up costumes are ok, but if they become a distraction, you will be asked to change.  Reminder to students that no cultural appropriation costumes are permitted. Teachers can discuss this topic more during classes.

• Boys’ volleyball team practices this week are tomorrow and Wednesday after-school until 5pm.

Congratulations to Sarah Belanger 8-4 who completed a Half Marathon of 125 stars last Wednesday. Also, a big congratulations to Lola Muscat 8-4 who completed a Full Mathalon of 250 stars on Friday.  Both winners have been practicing their math skills doing extra questions at home with Knowledgehook.

• Congratulations to the following students who represented Leslie Thomas performing with a Nova Scotia Honour band over the weekend. Congratulations to Olivia Cooper, Lauren Erdeg, Lilly Landry, Gabe Rempel, and Eleanor Roof on a wonderful performance.

• There will be a grade 8 band leadership meeting today in the band room. Please bring your lunch.

• LT Hockey starts Nov 28. Make sure you sign up on Mr. Hulshof’s website.

• Grade 6 Intramurals today at 12:25 in the gymnasium. Grade 7 is Tuesday, Grade 8 is Weds, girls only is Thursday, and Grade 7 and 8 is Friday.

• Pizza will be ordered Weds and sold and delivered Thursday.

• Volleyball games this week: Girls will play home Monday and Weds vs HTB and SHJH
Boys will play at AJ on Thursday. Please make sure you have a ride to the school.
