• There are badminton tryouts today and tomorrow at lunch and after-school for athletes who are invited after the first cut.

• Tour band rehearsal today after school until 4:00.

• Yesterday at the Sackville Arena the LT Lions charged out of the gates in the first period to lead the LT Lazers but the Lazers stormed back only to fall short by one goal. The Lions find themselves in uncharted waters up 2-0 in the best of 7 series. Great game by all players. LT hockey resumes next Tuesday as the season series is heating up.
