• Come one, come all to smashball in the gym! Grade 7s play today at 12:25, and Grade 8s on Thursday. No sign ups necessary, no prior skill required. Come find out what Smashball is all about!

• Yesterday in the Lion’s Den the LT Boys basketball team roared out of the gates and ended up defeating cross town rivals AJ 61-38. Great game by all players. The Lions now advance to the finals vs Sackville Heights on Thursday. The team will practice today after school 3:10-4:30pm.

• Yesterday in intramural hockey the LT Lions battled the LT lazers to a 6-6 tie. The best of 7 series starts in 2 weeks on March 7.

• Chess Club with Mr. Martin will take place this Thursday at lunch.

• Jazz band has been rescheduled for tomorrow morning before school at 8:00.

• Let’s get some new books for the library! Our library fundraiser is on and you can help by bringing coins to class or donating online. The class that raises the most money will get a pizza party. You can see how your class is doing on the bulletin board in the grade 6 hallway.

• Pizza will be ordered today. Teachers please send a runner to the office to get your pizza collection bag and return it back to the office asap. Pizza will be sold and delivered on Thursday.
