What is your "why"? What drives you to do this important work each day?
The important work I am involved with students each day. I love sharing my passion in his work with my students and seeing my students succeed in their well being and academically.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy my role as an ANSSSW, working with my students , and watching them grow each and every day. I love being a role model, encouraging them to do their best, be their best, and to embrace their Black excellence.
What would you most like families to know about the role of Student Support Workers in HRCE schools?
What I would most like families to know about the role of Student Support Workers in HRCE schools is that I support their students with many different aspects of their school experience. I support them both in and out of school with academics as well as extracurricular activities. I enrich their culture through my Cultural Programming. I enjoy spending every single day with my students and watching them grow and succeed.
