For our grade 7 and 8 Families, in addition to the upcoming Student Success Surveys, LT has been selected to participate in the CSADS 2023-2024_Parent_Information_Letter_Leslie Thomas Junior High School.pdf . Families are asked to review the Information Letter and provide Active Consent by completing the EN_Active_Consent_Form_Leslie Thomas Junior High School.pdf  form. The date for the CSADS survey is May 7th so please complete the consent form before May 7th.
