The Tech Ed Lab will be open today at lunch for those who missed Tech Ed due to the snow day last Thursday. Come down after you have eaten your lunch. 

• Basketball
The girls’ basketball team has a game at Sackville Heights today.  Start time is 3:30pm, please go straight there to have time to warm up.  Athletes need to find their own transportation.

• Boys’ basketball game tomorrow at GPV. Players need to find their own transportation to the game. There is a boys basketball practice today and Thursday at 3:15 to 4:30pm.

• Pi Day Challenge:
The symbol for Pi has been in use for over 250 years. The symbol was introduced by William Jones, a Welsh mathematician, in 1706. The symbol was made popular by the mathematician Leonhard Euler. Since the exact value of pi can never be calculated, we can never find the accurate area or circumference of a circle. We find the approximate value. Our grades 7&8 competition will happen during your math class on Thursday, March 10th. Each class will have one winner and that person will receive 2 free Pizza Day lunches! That means for two Thursdays, you will receive one slice of pizza and a juice box for FREE! The person who memorizes the most places after the decimal will win 4 Pizza day lunches! Yum!
